Yu Char Kway
Ingredients
- 550 gr high protein flour
- 150 ml water
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking ammonia
- 200 ml water
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Method:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Knead until smooth.
- Rest dough for 4 hours.
- Shape & Fry
