Yu Char Kway

Ingredients

  • 550 gr high protein flour
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking ammonia
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Knead until smooth.
  • Rest dough for 4 hours.
  • Shape & Fry
